Tap Water

…there may be only an infinitesimal amount of chlorine in treated tap water, but then there is only an infinitesimal amount of LSD in a typical LSD solution. And since chlorine will destroy LSD on contact, the dissolving of LSD in tap water is not appropriate.

coffee & LSD can NOT be mixed. I had this same experience and realized it was combining coffee & LSD together.

Once you do a MD – you skip the caffeine. It’s a stimulant.

If you ever want to try LSD MD again skip the caffeine. I’m also more partial to shrooms, not sure why. Just feel that way.

My sweet spot is 8ug. I feel anxious at 10ug. But Today I tried 15ug and I feel super clarity and tunnel vision focus sort of feeling. I think we need to spend time and find what works individually. Depending on what the day requires, you should be able to tap into that by managing your dosage. That’s where insight journal can play a big part. Observe > Evaluate > Optimize.

Ultimate Guide to Microdosing LSD (Backed By Research)

For me this is the limitless pill ha

I’ve been microdosing Lucy and I say this is like a limitless pill lol in drop form

I don’t know if mushrooms are that much of a nootropic, and they definitely aren’t a stimulant. If I worked in an office, or if I was studying I don’t think they would be the thing for me. They help me to deal with annoying office people better though.

That’s where I think LSD is useful. If I’m working on a commercial project, sometimes I’m given 24 hours to write and finish a song that has to be unique. That’s a nightmare scenario because originality takes time. But dosed right, LSD makes you feel like you’re on smooth, freshly greased rails and it’s surprising what your subconscious can throw at you. But like you said, I think that comes at an expense. I feel a bit tired after.

A side effect of taking mushrooms is that I can actually be a bit less effective on dose days and the next day I feel great. I think the spiritual and antidepressant effect is actually because it is suppressing a part of your brain that gets depressed or anxious. So rather than being on rails on the dose day, I can feel like I’m wading through mud a bit. For the first couple of hours at least. Apart from that they are great.

I would recommend experimenting a little. Perhaps it’s about timing. If you’re down and need a spiritual lift, try mushrooms or meditation. If you need an edge, lsd or coffee or great diet and exercise and lots of sleep.

BTW, microdosing both at the same time and going to an art gallery is the best way to spend a weekend day. Functional tripping.

It feels like a clean stimulant with heightened motivation along with physical and mental energy. Almost like your excited at whatever your doing. Slightly hard to meditate on.

The Working Man’s Guide to Microdosing

https://www.reddit.com/r/microdosing/comments/nnjies/faqtip_014_why_psilocybin_mushroomstruffles_are/

This is not true at all. Studies have shown that LSD affects both serotonin and dopamine, while Psilocybin only affects the serotonergic system.

LSD has affinity for D1, D2 and D3 dopamine receptors, psilocybin/psilocin does not. This is what is responsible for the more stimulating effects of LSD Vs mushrooms. microdosing LSD would be highly effective for limiting the use of other stims.

This makes sense, as the vast majority of people report microdosing LSD makes them more motivated and energized to complete tasks and goals (similar to amphetamines and nootropics like modafinil).

Psilocybin microdosing, on the other hand, seems to give people more of a sense of emotional well-being, appreciation of their life and empathy for others.
